Real stories of cultural transformation.

Explore how we turn insights into action, and intention into real-world change.

Our work

Culture in context.
Impact in action.

Every organization is unique - and so are their challenges.
Our case studies show how we co-create culture with our clients: through workshops, diagnostics, coaching, and system-level design. What they all share: clarity, collaboration, and impact that lasts.

Armies are among the oldest institutions of humankind.
Yet the threats they face today could not be more recent. Connectivity and speed have become more important than sheer size or command and obedience. Rapid learning has become the key imperative in today’s VUCA world.

We support the Swiss Armed Forces in aligning their organizational culture with current and future demands.
