Our team excursion this year was a day full of inspiration, team spirit, and unforgettable experiences: From the trip up the Pfänder with its breathtaking view, to an inspiring workshop with Reza Razavi, and finally the impressive production of “Der Freischütz” on the Bregenz Lake Stage – our team day in Bregenz was a complete success.

A purple tradition that we value highly: The yearly TCI Ausflug! This year, we explored the city of Hamburg! Our cultural journey included the stunning Elbphilharmonie, a tour of the industrial harbor, the legendary Kiez in St. Pauli, and an Improv Theater class that pushed some of us out of our comfort zones – but was fun for everyone! We had a blast!

The first edition of Business Culture Design was published by Campus Verlag in 2016. The USA followed two years later and China in 2020. We are thrilled to now present an expanded and redesigned edition!

In 2020, Business Culture Design was first published in China by the renowned Chinese publisher PHEI Publishing House of Electronics Industry. A major book launch was planned for April 2020 in Wuhan. However, like the accompanying seminars, it fell victim to COVID-19. With the release of the second edition in 2023, the time had finally come: The Culture Institute conducted its first Train-the-Trainer program in Shanghai. Under the guidance of Simon Sagmeister and Amelie Marie Fischer, participants experienced three intensive days of learning, exchange, and transformation.

Our TCI trip this year was an unforgettable journey to the House of Beautiful Business' The_Dream Festival. It was three days full of insights, inspiration and valuable connections - in beautiful Sintra, near Lisbon.
