The Culture Institute at the Female Future Festival 2026 in Munich and Zurich
Event
In May, we as The Culture Institute had the pleasure of being part of the Female Future Festival in Munich and Zurich – a platform for exchange, inspiration and shaping the future that brings together thousands of visitors every year.
Under this year’s motto, “The Power of Connection,” the focus was on networking, mutual learning and the question of how we can collectively shape the working world of tomorrow.
Corporate culture needs everyday (s)heroes
At both locations, we were represented with a keynote, interactive workshops and our exhibition booth. At the heart of our contribution was a question that guides us every day as a consultancy:
How does corporate culture actually emerge – and how can we actively shape it?
Under the title “Culture Superpowers – How (S)heroes Save Their Corporate Culture,” we explored how culture emerges and how organizations can shape it intentionally.
Because culture does not change through big announcements or new mission statements alone. More often, it is shaped by the small signals organizations send and reinforce every day:
➡️ How do people collaborate?
➡️ What is rewarded?
➡️ Who gets influence?
➡️ How are decisions made?
In our workshops, participants worked with the Culture Superpowers we have developed. The aim was to make specific levers for culture development visible and to understand how every individual can influence culture regardless of hierarchy or role.
The many practical examples and open discussions once again showed: culture does not emerge by itself. It can be shaped intentionally when people take responsibility for it.
