Anna Hainz

Anna Hainz is a Consultant at The Culture Institute. The South Tyrolean native brings international experience in project management, intercultural communication, and educational work – with a particular focus on corporate culture, leadership, and change management.

Anna holds a Master of Education degree from the University of Innsbruck and the University of Oslo. Her academic journey was shaped by diverse international experiences, including study stays in Austria and Norway, as well as time spent in the UK and Spain – working as an au pair and as a language assistant at an international school in Madrid. These experiences fostered her intercultural competence and ability to take multiple perspectives.

Before joining TCI, Anna worked in project management and consulting at Studio ZX, the brand studio of the ZEIT publishing group in Hamburg. She was responsible for developing and implementing projects for clients from a wide range of industries, including foundations, publishing, tourism, and life sciences. Her work focused on process design, project setup and execution, as well as moderating workshops and digital event formats.
