Ivan Beldi

Ivan has worked as a manager, trainer, and consultant for over 20 years. He spent a large part of his career at the Management Center St. Gallen, where he was a partner and led his own department for more than 15 years.

He has carried out projects in around 25 countries and lived in China for six years, where he built a management consulting company. Ivan has supported more than 100 clients across various industries, focusing on strengthening corporate competitiveness — including developing business strategies, redesigning organizations and cultures, and training leaders.

Ivan is an alumnus of the University of St. Gallen (HSG), where he studied with a focus on organization and corporate strategy.
