Tobias Kleger

Tobias Kleger is Principal at The Culture Institute. He has several years of consulting experience in the areas of mental health in the workplace, conflict management, business development and leadership.

Tobias studied coaching, supervision and organizational development at the ZHAW Institute of Psychology. In his master thesis he focused on different coaching concepts and how they can positively support conflict management in companies. As a coach, he supports managers and employees.

Before joining TCI, Tobias led a team of trainers and was responsible for the design, sales and implementation of continuing education programs for clients from all industries. With passionate commitment, networked thinking and an open mindset, he was able to significantly advance various development processes.
