Eva Pulkrabkova

Eva Pulkrabkova is a Principal at The Culture Institute.
Eva is familiar with both the start-up and scale-up worlds (through her work in Berlin with the Samwer brothers at Jamba) as well as the consulting business (KPMG) and organizational and financial management (Head of Finance & Organisation at Novartis/Sandoz). Above all, Eva also understands the so-called “soft” topics—thanks to her many years of experience as a coach and her Master’s degree in Psychology and Coaching.

A native of the Czech Republic, Eva has studied and worked in Denmark, the USA, Germany, and Austria, bringing together many facets of experience and perspective that enrich her work.
Eva knows that women in their professional careers often face internal and external factors that make it difficult to fully realize their potential. She has encountered these challenges herself and integrates this understanding into her work on shaping healthy organizational cultures.
