Fabian Dörler

Fabian Dörler is the General Director at The Culture Institute. He is fascinated by the question of how organizations function at their core and how people interact within them. Thanks to his many years abroad and his multilingualism, he has developed a broad intercultural background— with a particular focus on China.

Fabian gained several years of experience as a management consultant and most recently served as Deputy Managing Director at SKGROUP in Zurich. He led projects in the areas of strategy, organization, leadership, and culture. His professional experience also includes internships at the Austrian Embassy and at Koryo Tours in Beijing.

Fabian Dörler’s academic career took him to the University of Vienna, Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, Lanzhou University, the University of St. Gallen, and Sciences Po in Paris. He holds degrees in Sinology, International Affairs and Governance, as well as Management, Organization, and Culture. He speaks German, English, French, Chinese, Italian, and Spanish.
