Fabian Dörler

Fabian Dörler is General Manager at The Culture Institute.

He works with leadership teams when strategic change has tangible implications for leadership, collaboration, and the organization. He brings together different perspectives, structures complex issues, and creates clarity around what it takes for change to have a real impact across the organization.

Fabian has many years of experience in management consulting and has lived, worked, and studied across different countries and cultural contexts. He is a graduate of the University of St. Gallen and holds a degree in Chinese Studies. He speaks six languages and has extensive experience in the Chinese context.
