Ivana Gubser

Ivana Gubser is a Consultant at The Culture Institute and brings extensive experience in inclusion promotion, user research, and consulting on design, strategy, innovation, and organization. Her dedication to human-centered, diverse work cultures has shaped her professional path.

She studied Design Management International at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, where she wrote her bachelor’s thesis on gender-related barriers in corporate leadership—an experience that led to a deep understanding of inclusive work environments. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Innovation & Entrepreneurship at the ZHAW School of Management and Law.

In her role as an inclusion specialist at a globally leading consulting firm, she developed diversity initiatives and led cross-cultural training programs. With the same firm, she moved to Hamburg, where she deepened her expertise in human-centered development as a Research Consultant.
