Ultimately, there is one question that matters most to Julia in her professional work: How can we work together most effectively – and how do we get there?

Her expertise lies in leadership, project management, and communication. Process optimisation, (digital) transformation, and innovation are currently part of her day-to-day work as a consultant in the public-sector environment.

Julia co-founded and managed the consulting agency Zense, whose core business was supporting transformation processes and communicating corporate strategies through film, illustration, and gamification. Its clients included major international corporations.

She subsequently served as Managing Director of the Zurich Film Foundation, Switzerland’s largest regional film funding institution, where she was responsible for the organisation’s strategic and organisational development.
