Noemi Becker

Noemi Becker is a Consultant at The Culture Institute. She is particularly interested in how cultures emerge, how they can be changed and developed, and how organizations can intentionally shape this change.

Noemi gained professional experience in organizational development at MAN Energy Solutions/Everllence in Zurich and in consulting at Capgemini Invent. With a focus on change management and communication, she supported clients across various industries in their transformation processes. In addition, she worked as a research assistant at the Institute of Technology Management at the University of St. Gallen, with a focus on business model innovation.

Her academic path led her to the University of Passau and the University of St. Gallen (HSG). In her Bachelor's program in International Cultural & Business Studies, she explored a different dimension of culture – intercultural communication. She earned her Master's degree in Management, Organization and Culture from the University of St. Gallen. Her profile is further shaped by international experiences across Europe, Latin America, and Africa. She speaks German, English, Spanish, and French.
