Andrés Villalaz
Andrés Villalaz is a Principal at The Culture Institute. He has been working in different industries and roles in Switzerland and abroad for over 20 years. One thing has always been at the forefront of his mind - people.
Whether building a customer service center at Heineken, designing a global training program at Forbo International, or successfully transitioning a national key account into a new generation of contracts at ISS Switzerland, similar challenges presented themselves. How can you inspire people to achieve goals? How do teams achieve top performance? And what role does leadership play in this? These questions drive Andrés as a leader, coach and consultant every day. For Andrés, corporate culture is a key element to success.
Andrés Villalaz studied business administration at the ZHAW. He completed an Executive MBA at a consortium of the University of Maastricht, EADA in Barcelona, iAE in Marseille and Kozminski University in Warsaw. In his master thesis he focused on corporate culture and its impact on "high performance" organizations. He graduated from the LEAD program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
